Free Standard shipping to the 50 U.S. states and DC, with no minimum purchase. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Review the service area and estimated timing before ordering.

Service area

We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, freely associated states, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or other countries.

Cost and delivery estimates

Free Standard shipping to the 50 U.S. states and DC, with no minimum purchase. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not offer Express shipping. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Estimated transit after shipment is 2–4 business days, for an estimated total of 3–6 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments.

Address and order changes

Check your delivery address and phone number before submitting an order. Contact us promptly about a correction or cancellation. We will check the order status and explain whether a change can still be made; sending a request does not by itself cancel the order.

Tracking and delivery concerns

When tracking is available, use the tracking information provided for your order. If an item is delayed, marked delivered but missing, damaged, or incomplete, contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can investigate. Do not send full payment-card information.

If we cannot ship as promised

We will notify you if we cannot ship within the promised time and allow you to choose whether to accept a revised time or cancel and receive a timely refund. Carrier events may affect delivery estimates; contact us for help rather than placing a duplicate order.
